Request An RMA
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer support team for a Return Authorisation number (RMA) or complete our RMA form, You will be required to provide the following:
- Your name and Organisation name
- Your address including Ward / Floor Level and Building details
- Your contact phone number
- Your contact email address
- The serial number of the product
- A description of the problem
Freeway Med-Tech will arrange for domestic shipping in the UK for products covered by our warranty. Our tech support department will arrange for a domestic shipping label to be sent to you. When the label is received, attach it to the product box and it will be picked up and returned to you after warranty service is completed. – Please ensure the RMA number is clearly listed on the returned parcel.
Any products without a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) will be refused.
Out of Warranty Repair
When your product falls out of warranty and service is needed, you must contact Freeway Med-Tech’s technical support team and obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Freeway Med-Techs out of warranty repairs are based upon a free of charge inspection if returned to us and a quote is then given for the repair work, with full break down of price for labour and parts, and vary by product model. A technical representative can provide this information.
When out of warranty repair has been authorised a PO will be required to cover the work, this includes all components and sub-assemblies including motherboard, display panel, hard drive and or any other parts & components.
Out of warranty repair do not include heavy physical damage and are subject to additional charges if panels or structural parts require replacement. Products upon evaluation by Freeway may be deemed "unrepairable" if there is excessive damage. In these circumstances, the goods will be returned to the customer at cost.
Warranty on all repairs are 90 days from date of shipment from our repair facilities.

Limitation of implied warranties
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Exclusion of damages
FREEWAY MED-TECH'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
Effect of local law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from locality to locality. Some localities do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
